Stefan has a extensive background with food and physical fitness which lends itself well to Caveman Cooking. Growing up in German and Italian heritages, there was never a lack of good food. After 10 years in the Marine Corps, Stefan attended the French Culinary Institute in Manhattan. After a full day in the school’s kitchens, he interned at Craft restaurant, where he further refined his technique of preparing the freshest ingredients. After graduating from FCI, Stefan worked briefly at Craftbar, sister restaurant to Craft, where he further refined his skills.
