    Thank you for this recipe! I spent an hour trying to decide with my non paleo boyfriend on how to prepare chops until he agreed to try this recipe. Now your recipe is in our official recipe book. We used it for the 2nd time tonight and our friend said it was the best pork chop he ever tasted. :-)
