Caveman Cooking TV
A web based cooking show that presents healthy “Paleo” recipes. The Paleo Lifestyle follows the simple thought process that the best diet for humans is the one we are best genetically adapted to. It’s basically eating the foods our caveman ancestors ate before everyone started to package and process their foods. On the Paleo you can have things like meats, fruits, nuts, etc. There are also great health benefits you gain from following the Paleo lifestyle: 1. Increase in athletic performance, 2. Reduction in Autoimmune Disease 3. Weight loss, 4. Reduction or elimination of the risk of diseases, including cancer, heart disease, diabetes, and the vast majority of all chronic degenerative diseases that affect humanity.

Andrew’s experience in both competitive sports and film is what lead him to team up with his long time friend and owner of Crossfit Hoboken, Craig Parcells in their creation of Caveman Cooking TV. His extensive sports background includes baseball, football, golf as well as his start of Crossfit training in the spring of 2008. Andrew gained much of his knowledge in film from Stick Figure Productions, a premier Documentary and Reality TV based company in New York City. He continues to have a thirst for nutritional knowledge and reads extensively to enhance his awareness of not only old but new nutritional practices, specifically The Paleo Diet.
